Warehouse Coordinator

About the role

The Warehouse Coordinator ensures safe and efficient movement, storage, and distribution of chemicals and raw materials within the brewery’s warehouse. Reporting to the outbound Warehouse Team Leader, the role supports daily operations, maintains accurate inventory records, and upholds safety and sustainability standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute goods receipt, stocking, loading, unloading, line feed, and line discharge activities.
• Document all warehouse transactions, including scrapping and write‑offs, using scanners and the OTIF ERP system.
• Coordinate daily laborers and forklift drivers, ensuring tasks follow 5S and TPM principles.
• Conduct regular stock counts, report deviations, and prepare weekly count reports.
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and compliance with HEINEKEN, local safety, and environmental regulations.
• Deliver inter‑company transfer orders on schedule and ensure quarantined raw products are kept separate.
• Identify and propose SHE (Safety, Health, Environment) and sustainability improvements.

Required profile

• Strong commitment to safety, with the ability to report incidents and promote a safety‑first culture.
• Proactive attitude toward continuous improvement and sustainability.
• Ability to work on the shop floor, verify compliance, and support the team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems (OTIF) for inventory tracking.
• Experience operating warehouse scanners and handling electronic documentation.
• Knowledge of inventory management and stock‑taking procedures.
• Familiarity with 5S methodology and TPM tools.
