Affiliate Marketing Coordinator

About the role

TalentPop is seeking a motivated Affiliate Marketing Coordinator to help scale e‑commerce brands through strategic affiliate partnerships. You will work remotely, collaborating with account managers and clients to launch, monitor, and optimise affiliate campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, manage, and optimise affiliate marketing programs for multiple client brands.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard affiliates that align with brand goals.
• Maintain day‑to‑day communication with affiliates, ensuring strong relationships and timely execution of promotions.
• Coordinate affiliate campaigns, special offers, and payout processes.
• Track, analyse, and report performance metrics, delivering regular summaries to account managers and clients.
• Research competitor affiliate strategies and propose improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of online/remote work experience.
• Experience with affiliate marketing, partnership, or influencer programs is preferred.
• Strong communication, relationship‑building, and organisational skills.
• Highly detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel/Sheets.
• Familiarity with affiliate platforms such as ShareASale, Impact, or CJ Affiliate.
