Affiliate Marketing Coordinator

About the role

TalentPop is seeking a motivated Affiliate Marketing Coordinator to support the growth of e‑commerce brands through affiliate partnerships. You will work remotely, collaborating with account managers and clients to launch, optimise, and report on affiliate campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, manage, and optimise affiliate marketing programs for multiple client brands.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard affiliates that align with brand goals.
• Maintain day‑to‑day communication with affiliates, ensuring strong relationships and timely campaign execution.
• Coordinate promotions, special offers, and affiliate‑driven campaigns.
• Track, analyse, and report performance metrics; prepare regular summaries for account managers and clients.
• Assist with payout processes and verify accuracy in tracking systems.
• Research competitor affiliate strategies and suggest improvements.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of online/remote work experience.
• Experience with affiliate marketing, partnership, or influencer programs is preferred.
• Strong communication, relationship‑building, and organisational skills.
• Highly detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel/Sheets.
• Familiarity with affiliate platforms such as ShareASale, Impact, or CJ Affiliate.
