Affiliate Marketing Coordinator

About the role

TalentPop is seeking a motivated Affiliate Marketing Coordinator to support and grow its affiliate programs. You will work remotely, building relationships with affiliates, coordinating campaigns, and analysing performance to help high‑growth brands expand their reach.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, manage, and optimise affiliate marketing programs.
• Identify, recruit and onboard affiliates that match client brand goals.
• Maintain day‑to‑day communication with affiliates to ensure strong partnerships.
• Coordinate promotions, special offers and campaign timelines.
• Track, analyse and report on affiliate performance metrics.
• Prepare regular performance summaries for account managers and clients.
• Assist with payout processes and verify accuracy in tracking systems.
• Research competitor affiliate strategies and suggest improvements.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of online/remote work experience.
• Experience with affiliate marketing, partnership or influencer programs is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship‑management abilities.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to juggle multiple campaigns.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel/Sheets.
• Familiarity with affiliate platforms such as ShareASale, Impact or CJ Affiliate.
