The Associate Director, Graduate Recruitment leads the graduate admissions recruitment and yield strategy for an academic vertical at Drexel University. This senior position combines leadership, travel, and partnership development to attract and enroll high‑quality graduate students.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute enrollment strategies in collaboration with departmental leaders.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle: prospect identification, application funnel oversight, and relationship management.
• Supervise Assistant Directors and provide mentorship to the recruitment team.
• Represent the university at college fairs, conferences, professional events, and virtual recruitment platforms.
• Conduct information sessions, individual meetings, and campus events for prospective students and their families.
• Guide accepted students through the enrollment process to ensure a smooth transition.
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and compliance with university policies.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in higher‑education recruitment or enrollment management.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with prospective students, families, and external partners.
• Willingness to travel extensively during peak recruitment periods.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
