About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Brand Manager to lead the development and execution of brand strategies for our portfolio in Addis Ababa. The role focuses on driving market growth, ensuring a consistent brand presence, and translating consumer insights into actionable plans.

Key responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies and marketing plans.
Drive growth in market share, volume, and profitability.
Lead advertising campaigns, content creation, and agency collaborations.
Manage brand activations, trade execution, and consumer engagement initiatives.
Convert market insights into strategic actions.
Oversee budgets, monitor performance, and ensure cross‑functional alignment.

Required profile

Proven experience in brand management or related marketing roles.
Strong analytical ability to interpret market data.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
