Brand & Product Marketing Manager

About the role

Techally, a technology consulting firm based in Addis Ababa, is looking for a Brand & Product Marketing Manager to shape its market presence and position its solutions as premium offerings. This hybrid role blends strategic planning, campaign execution, and visual design to build a strong brand and drive product adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Plan, launch, and manage digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
• Conduct market research to uncover trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
• Manage social media channels and create engaging digital content.
• Design marketing graphics, landing pages, one‑pagers, and presentation decks.
• Maintain brand positioning, communications, and representation at industry events.
• Set up analytics infrastructure and track performance metrics.

Required profile

• 2‑3+ years of experience in brand, product, or marketing management.
• Proven ability to position companies or products in competitive markets.
• Portfolio demonstrating successful brand building or campaign execution.
• Strategic thinker with strong execution skills.
• Experience in B2B or enterprise marketing, preferably in technology or innovation sectors.
