About the role

We are looking for a Business Analyst to gather requirements and define solutions for our clients. This mid‑level, full‑time position is based in Addis Ababa and focuses on translating business needs into clear specifications.

Key responsibilities

Conduct workshops and interviews with stakeholders.
Develop specifications and user stories.
Provide support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Required profile

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Proven ability to produce requirements documentation.
Experience in process mapping.
