Business Development Executive (Senior & Junior) – EdTech Sales

About the role

Seleda is seeking motivated Business Development Executives to promote its Academic Operations Management System to schools across Ethiopia. The opening includes two senior and two junior positions, offering the chance to shape partnerships in the growing EdTech sector.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential school clients to present Seleda’s technology solution.
• Conduct product demonstrations and tailor presentations to meet each school’s needs.
• Negotiate partnership terms and achieve sales targets.
• Maintain regular visits to schools to build and sustain relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback from the field.

Required profile

• Senior role: minimum three years of experience in sales, business development, or partnership management.
• Junior role: zero to two years of experience; fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Amharic.
• Target‑driven attitude and professional demeanor.

Required skills

• Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to quickly learn and explain technology products.
