Business Development Manager

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our cargo service. You will work cross‑functionally with demand, operations, and logistics teams to expand our market presence and improve operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Develop the cargo service across demand and operations streams.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and courier companies.
• Assist in preparing commercial offers and presentations.
• Manage courier acquisition and optimize related operational processes.
• Analyze customer segments to attract new clients.
• Make data‑driven decisions to improve warehouse and last‑mile operations.
• Monitor and analyze key metrics of courier partners.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Quick learner with a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and take initiative.
• 1‑2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or related fields.
• Proven experience in ride‑hailing operations, customer support, or sales.
• Strong negotiation and cross‑functional communication abilities.
• Capability to conduct comprehensive service and product analyses.
• Experience working with large datasets and extracting actionable insights.
