About the role
Yegna Microfinance Institution is seeking a qualified Civil Engineer to join its team on a permanent basis at its Debrebirhan office. The role supports the institution’s infrastructure projects and contributes to its mission of financial inclusion.
Key responsibilities
- Perform construction activities and oversee project execution.
- Conduct valuation and engineering assessments for projects.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, Construction Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in construction, valuation or engineering assessment.
- Experience in the banking or micro‑finance sector is advantageous.
