Senior Copy/Content Writer

About the role

The Senior Copy/Content Writer will lead the creation of high‑impact content across a variety of digital channels. You will drive creative ideation, manage complex writing projects from concept to delivery, and mentor junior writers to ensure consistent brand voice and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Produce persuasive, engaging copy for websites, social media, email campaigns, product descriptions, white papers, and long‑form articles.
• Act as the final quality gate, reviewing and refining junior writers' work for clarity, creativity, and brand alignment.
• Own high‑profile projects, coordinating with Content Leads, Account Managers, and cross‑functional teams.
• Develop content strategies that meet marketing goals and client objectives, using audience insights and data.
• Conduct in‑depth research on industries, competitors, and target audiences to craft resonant content.
• Track content performance with analytics tools, report insights, and recommend improvements.
• Assist in planning and managing the content calendar, identifying process efficiencies.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of professional copywriting or content creation experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proven ability to lead projects and mentor junior team members.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
