Compliance and Risk Management Coordinator

About the role

The Compliance and Risk Management Coordinator will manage complaints and feedback from program staff and beneficiaries, coordinate risk, internal control, compliance, internal audit and fraud activities, and ensure the organization complies with donor laws and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complaints and feedback from field staff and beneficiaries, maintaining information integrity.
• Coordinate risk, internal control, compliance, internal audit and fraud functions within the Project Office.
• Oversee compliance with donor laws and regulations, implementing relevant policies and procedures.
• Coordinate and facilitate program/project activities to align with objectives and donor requirements.
• Monitor program/project progress, identify challenges and develop solutions for timely implementation.
• Maintain accurate program/project documentation, including reports and meeting minutes.
• Coordinate monitoring of food aid resources in WFP refugee‑camp warehouses, ensuring storage standards are met.
• Conduct monthly warehouse inspections, perform physical inventories and report findings.
• Support field commodity teams in managing food aid resources according to the commodity management guide.
• Ensure proper filing systems in warehouses and facilitate easy access to records.
• Monitor end‑use checks, post‑distribution monitoring and verify beneficiary entitlements.
• Review food transaction documents for correct recording, documentation and reconciliation.
• Check that control procedures are followed and provide feedback for improvement.
