About the role
The Contact Office Representative will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, promoting Hibret Insurance’s products and services within the Jigjiga office.
Key responsibilities
- Promote and market insurance products to existing and prospective clients.
- Handle client inquiries and provide information about insurance services.
- Support team building activities and collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Engineering or a related field.
- At least four years of post‑qualification experience in the insurance or financial sector, specifically in marketing or related roles.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
Required skills
- Good knowledge of insurance products and services.
- Marketing and selling abilities.
- Strong computer proficiency.
