About the role

Right To Play is seeking a consultant to design and deliver cultural awareness training for its staff and partners in Ethiopia.

Key responsibilities

Develop training materials focused on cultural awareness.
Facilitate training sessions for Right To Play teams.
Assess training impact and provide recommendations.

Required profile

Proven experience in delivering cultural awareness or similar training programmes.
Familiarity with the Ethiopian context is an advantage.
