Customer Experience Sales Specialist

About the role

TalentPop is looking for a Customer Experience Sales Specialist to bridge exceptional service and revenue growth in a fast‑paced e‑commerce environment. You will engage customers across phone, email, live chat and SMS, turning every interaction into a sales opportunity while maintaining the brand’s voice.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the brand through multiple channels, delivering personalized product recommendations.
• Identify upsell, cross‑sell and bundling opportunities to increase average order value.
• Support abandoned‑cart recovery, subscription retention and win‑back campaigns to boost customer lifetime value.
• Provide post‑purchase assistance such as order tracking, returns and exchanges while encouraging repeat purchases.
• Document interactions accurately and share feedback to improve sales and customer experience processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote customer support and sales experience, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Proven ability to upsell, recover subscriptions and engage customers after purchase.
• Strong communication and persuasive selling skills with a focus on building rapport.
• Experience handling support via phone, email and/or live chat.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and comfortable in a fast‑moving remote work setting.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Shopify.
• Experience using CRM platforms.
• Knowledge of help‑desk or customer‑engagement software.
