Customer Relationship Manager – Corporate & Institutional

About the role

The Customer Relationship Manager will lead the development and strengthening of strategic relationships with corporate, MSME and institutional clients, including government agencies, NGOs, development partners and public enterprises. You will be responsible for expanding the bank's portfolio, delivering tailored financial solutions and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across deposit mobilization, lending, trade finance, digital banking and other value‑added products.
• Create and execute customer relationship plans, manage portfolios and monitor performance.
• Collaborate with business and support units to deliver integrated banking solutions and resolve complex client issues.
• Analyse market trends, spot emerging opportunities and lead initiatives to maximise portfolio profitability.
• Proactively acquire new customers while deepening existing relationships to support the bank’s inclusive intermediation strategy.

Required profile

• BSc or BA in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Banking & Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in customer relationship and resource mobilisation within the banking sector.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or customer‑relationship‑manager role.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
