Customer Retention Specialist (Remote)

About the role

TalentPop is seeking a Customer Retention Specialist to help fast‑growing e‑commerce brands boost repeat purchases, lower churn, and increase Customer Lifetime Value. Working remotely, you will design data‑driven retention strategies and collaborate with brand teams to create personalized loyalty journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and launch multi‑channel retention campaigns across email, SMS, and loyalty programs.
• Analyze customer behavior to identify churn signals and create targeted win‑back initiatives.
• Design, implement, and optimise re‑activation campaigns for former customers.
• Manage loyalty and rewards programs to improve enrollment, engagement, and redemption.
• Support subscription‑based brands by refining onboarding, renewal, and cancellation flows.
• Track and report key metrics such as CLV, repeat purchase rate, and churn rate using CRM tools.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer retention, CRM, lifecycle or loyalty marketing.
• Hands‑on experience with e‑commerce retention strategies.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to segment audiences and measure campaign performance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for remote collaboration.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
