Customer Retention Specialist (Remote)

About the role

TalentPop is seeking a Customer Retention Specialist to help fast‑growing e‑commerce brands increase repeat purchases, reduce churn, and maximize Customer Lifetime Value. You will design data‑driven, multi‑channel retention strategies in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi‑channel retention campaigns (email, SMS, loyalty programs) to boost repeat purchases.
• Analyze customer behavior, identify churn signals, and create targeted interventions for at‑risk users.
• Design, implement, and optimize win‑back campaigns to reactivate former customers.
• Manage and improve loyalty and rewards programs, increasing enrollment and redemption rates.
• Support subscription‑based brands by optimizing onboarding, renewal, and cancellation experiences.
• Track and report key metrics such as CLV, repeat purchase rate, and churn rate using CRM tools for audience segmentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer retention, CRM marketing, lifecycle marketing, or loyalty program management.
• Hands‑on experience with e‑commerce retention strategies and familiarity with platforms like Klaviyo or ReCharge.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, segment audiences, and measure campaign performance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable collaborating remotely.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced remote setting.
