About the role

Yegna Microfinance Institution is hiring three Customer Service Officers to support its interest‑free microfinance business. This is a permanent, onsite position based in Addis Ababa, focused on serving low‑income clients, women, youth and SMEs.

Required profile

BA degree in Marketing, Accounting & Finance, Economics or related fields
At least 1 year of experience in the banking or microfinance sector
