OTC Administrator

About the role

The OTC Administrator is responsible for ensuring accurate posting of customer payments, invoicing, and reconciliation of sales and tax records. This role supports the order‑to‑cash process and collaborates closely with finance, tax, and warehouse teams to maintain smooth operations.

Key responsibilities

• Verify proof of payments from customers and post them to the correct accounts.
• Issue sales and manual invoices after confirming all requirements are met.
• Process daily customer account applications and reporting to achieve zero unapplied invoices.
• Reconcile scrap material and by‑product sales according to SOPs and contracts.
• Manage petty cash, per‑diem allowances, and clear suspense payments within three days.
• Collect and post post‑dated cheque payments each month in coordination with the OTC team.
• Send promotional invoices for settlement on a weekly/monthly basis as requested.
• Perform sales reconciliation for VAT, excise, discounts and other taxes.
• Prepare and submit monthly withholding tax sales summaries and forward receipts to the OTC team.
• Maintain business continuity records, archive sales documentation sequentially, and support audit requests.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance from an accredited university.
• At least one year of experience in accounting, finance, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and relevant tax regulations.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, nights, overtime, and weekends as needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Technical accounting skills and familiarity with internal financial controls.
