About the role

Yegna Microfinance Institution is seeking a Senior Customer Service Officer specialized in cash operations. The role is permanent and based in Kombolcha, supporting the institution’s mission to provide inclusive financial services to low‑income communities, women, youth and SMEs across Ethiopia.

Required profile

Minimum 3 years of overall experience, with at least 1 year in banking or micro‑finance sector.
BA degree in Marketing, Accounting & Finance, Economics or a related field.
