About the role

The Customer Service Officer (Maker) will provide front‑office support at branches within the South West District. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling a range of banking transactions and enquiries.

Key responsibilities

Maintain customer accounts and process payment and collection transactions.
Handle cash and non‑cash transactions accurately.
Respond to customer enquiries and resolve routine issues.
Support branch staff with account‑related requests.
Follow bank accounting procedures and compliance standards.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in a business‑related field (e.g., Marketing, Management, Accounting, Economics, IT).
Graduation year 2024‑2026 with a CGPA of 2.5 or higher.
Maximum age of 25 years; no prior work experience required.
Must submit degree certificate, transcript, updated CV and application letter; photo documents are not accepted.
Will be permanently assigned after six months of intensive training.

Required skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Familiarity with the bank’s core banking system.
