About the role

The CWR‑Rollout & Rehabilitation Supervisor is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Ambo, responsible for overseeing community‑based rehabilitation rollout and ensuring compliance with standards and timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and schedule rehabilitation services.
• Supervise field teams and coordinate multidisciplinary activities.
• Document progress and monitor service quality.
• Resolve operational issues promptly.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to improve practices.

Required profile

• Demonstrated supervisory skills, including team leadership and performance monitoring.
• Expertise in vocational rehabilitation and rehabilitation counseling.
• Knowledge of occupational therapy and physical therapy principles.
• Experience in community‑based or healthcare‑related rehabilitation settings.
• Strong communication, documentation, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in rehabilitation, therapy, counseling, or a related field.
• Ability to work on‑site in Ambo and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community stakeholders.
