Diaspora Property Consultant – Junior to Senior (Addis Ababa)

About the role

We are seeking motivated Diaspora Property Consultants to help international clients discover and secure real‑estate investment opportunities in Ethiopia. The role is open to candidates at junior, mid‑level and senior stages, offering a clear career path within a fast‑growing real‑estate team.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with diaspora clients via phone, email, WhatsApp and virtual meetings to understand their investment goals.
• Present suitable property options and conduct professional online property presentations.
• Guide clients through the selection, negotiation and purchase process, maintaining strong relationships.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions and sales activities.
• Coordinate with property developers, owners and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Required profile

• Minimum diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and able to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and online collaboration tools.
• Ability to conduct professional online meetings and presentations.
