Digital Marketing Assistant

About the role

TalentPop is seeking a motivated Digital Marketing Assistant to support its fast‑growing e‑commerce operations. Working remotely, you will help improve online visibility, create engaging content, and analyse campaign performance to drive traffic and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating, editing, and scheduling email newsletters and marketing copy.
• Support on‑page and off‑page SEO initiatives to boost organic traffic.
• Collect, analyse, and report campaign data such as open rates, website visits and conversions using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Utilise AI tools to streamline content creation, research messaging, and spot emerging trends.
• Update website banners, landing pages and product‑launch content.
• Monitor competitor activities and help implement new digital tactics across channels.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing or content creation, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Solid understanding of SEO principles, keyword research and email‑marketing best practices.
• Strong writing and editing abilities with a focus on brand‑consistent copy.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data organisation and basic analysis.
• Highly organised, proactive and able to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
