Digital Marketing Assistant

About the role

TalentPop is seeking a remote Digital Marketing Assistant to support its fast‑growing e‑commerce operations. You will help improve online visibility, create engaging content, and analyse campaign performance to drive traffic and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating, editing, and scheduling email newsletters and marketing copy.
• Support on‑page and off‑page SEO initiatives to boost organic traffic.
• Collect, analyse, and report campaign metrics such as open rates, traffic, and conversions using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Utilise AI tools to streamline content creation, research messaging, and spot emerging trends.
• Update website banners, landing pages, and product‑launch content.
• Monitor competitor activities and contribute to new digital marketing tactics.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing or content creation, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Solid understanding of SEO principles and email‑marketing best practices.
• Strong writing and editing ability with a focus on brand consistency.
• Highly organised, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Reliable high‑speed internet (minimum 25 Mbps) and a personal computer with an i5 processor or better.
