Digital Marketing Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a creative and data‑savvy Digital Marketing Assistant to support TalentPop’s e‑commerce growth. Working remotely, you will help boost online visibility, drive traffic to our Shopify store and other marketplaces, and contribute to engaging marketing campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating, editing and scheduling email newsletters and marketing content to increase sales and customer engagement.
• Support on‑page and off‑page SEO initiatives, including keyword research and performance tracking.
• Collect, analyse and report campaign metrics such as open rates, website traffic and conversions using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Utilise AI tools to streamline content creation, research messaging and uncover new marketing trends.
• Update website banners, landing pages and product launch content.
• Monitor competitor activities and help implement new digital marketing tactics across channels.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing or content creation, preferably within e‑commerce.
• Solid understanding of SEO principles, keyword research and email‑marketing best practices.
• Strong writing and editing abilities with a focus on brand‑consistent copy.
• Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
