Digital Marketing Assistant

About the role

Join TalentPop, a fast‑growing e‑commerce company, as a Digital Marketing Assistant working remotely. You will support the marketing team in boosting online visibility, driving traffic to the Shopify store and other marketplaces, and creating engaging content that converts.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating, editing, and scheduling email newsletters and marketing campaigns.
• Support on‑page and off‑page SEO initiatives to improve organic traffic and rankings.
• Collect, analyse, and report campaign performance data such as open rates, website traffic and conversions using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Utilise AI tools to streamline content creation, research messaging and identify emerging trends.
• Update website content, banners and landing pages for promotions and product launches.
• Monitor competitor activities and help implement new digital marketing tactics across channels.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience supporting digital marketing or content creation, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Solid understanding of SEO principles, keyword research and email‑marketing best practices.
• Strong writing and editing abilities with a focus on brand‑consistent copy.
• Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
