Digital Marketing Assistant (Remote)

About the role

TalentPop is seeking a creative and data‑savvy Digital Marketing Assistant to support its fast‑growing e‑commerce operations. This remote position focuses on improving online visibility, crafting engaging content, and assisting key marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating, editing, and scheduling email marketing content and newsletters to drive sales and customer engagement.
• Support on‑page and off‑page SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search rankings.
• Collect, analyze, and report on campaign performance data using Excel (e.g., email open rates, website traffic, conversions).
• Leverage AI tools to streamline content creation, research messaging, and identify emerging marketing trends.
• Help manage and update website content, banners, and landing pages for promotions and product launches.
• Monitor competitor marketing activities and contribute to the implementation of new digital tactics across channels.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year experience supporting digital marketing or content creation, preferably in an e‑commerce environment.
• Solid understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and email marketing best practices.
• Strong writing and editing abilities for clear, brand‑consistent copy.
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets for data organization, tracking, and basic analysis.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
