About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Instructor to join Alyah Innovation Hub in Bahir Dar. The role focuses on delivering hands‑on digital marketing training to young learners who are eager to start careers in the field. You will combine your marketing expertise with a passion for teaching to empower the next generation.

Key responsibilities

Deliver practical, interactive digital marketing training sessions.
Design, update, and continuously improve course curricula and learning materials.
Mentor and guide learners, providing personalized feedback.
Assess participant progress and report on outcomes.

Required profile

0‑2 years of professional experience in digital marketing.
Experience in teaching, training, or facilitation.
Strong commitment to youth empowerment and skills development.
Proficiency in English; Amharic is a plus.
