Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to develop and execute comprehensive digital strategies that boost brand visibility across global markets including Canada, the UK, the EU and beyond. The role will focus on driving engagement, lead generation and revenue growth for enterprise‑technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement digital marketing strategies across social media, paid and organic channels.
• Lead LinkedIn authority campaigns targeting CIOs, CTOs, Directors and VPs in the enterprise tech space.
• Monitor competitor positioning and refine unique selling propositions in ad copy and creative assets.
• Collaborate with sales and business development to align marketing activities with pipeline objectives.
• Oversee website content, SEO/SEM tactics and analytics to improve rankings for high‑intent enterprise keywords.
• Plan and execute B2B campaigns that build trust and credibility with enterprise clients.
• Track industry trends and competitor actions to continuously improve messaging and positioning.
• Measure ROI of digital initiatives and provide data‑driven insights for optimisation.
• Champion modern digital tools, including AI‑driven marketing automation and account‑based marketing (ABM) programmes.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing digital marketing programmes for B2B or enterprise technology audiences.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work closely with sales, product and leadership teams.
