Director of Risk & Resilience

About the role

The Director of Risk & Resilience will lead enterprise‑wide risk management for Inkomoko across all operating countries. Reporting to the COO, the role strengthens organisational resilience by ensuring that risks are identified, assessed, mitigated and integrated into both operational and strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement Inkomoko’s enterprise risk management framework and governance processes.
• Identify, assess and monitor operational, financial, programmatic, safeguarding, regulatory, reputational, geopolitical and organisational risks.
• Work closely with the COO, Directors of Operations and Organisational Effectiveness, Country Directors and senior leadership teams to improve risk visibility.
• Enhance business continuity, crisis preparedness and scalability in complex, rapidly evolving environments.
• Promote a strong institutional risk culture beyond traditional compliance.
