E-Commerce Listings & Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

TalentPop is seeking an enthusiastic E‑Commerce Listings & Digital Marketing Specialist to keep our Shopify store and marketplace listings fresh, engaging, and optimized for traffic. You will combine strong writing abilities with data‑driven analysis to support our growing product catalog and digital marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain up‑to‑date, compelling product listings on Shopify and other marketplaces.
• Write and refine email copy, product descriptions, and other marketing content.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate content creation and test messaging effectiveness.
• Use Excel to analyze performance data, track KPIs, and manage product information.
• Assist in SEO strategy implementation and broader digital marketing efforts to boost visibility and traffic.
• Oversee a wide range of product lines and brands, ensuring consistency across all listings.
• Review sales and performance metrics to identify top‑selling items and reorganize listings accordingly.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience managing e‑commerce product listings on Shopify and other marketplaces.
• Strong Excel skills for data analysis and organization.
• Excellent written communication for crafting product descriptions and marketing copy.
• Solid understanding of SEO and digital marketing tactics.
• Reliable internet connection (≥25 Mbps) and a personal PC/laptop with at least an i5 processor.
