E-Commerce Listings & Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

TalentPop is seeking an enthusiastic E‑Commerce Listings & Digital Marketing Specialist to keep our product catalog fresh and engaging across Shopify and other marketplaces while supporting our broader digital marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain up‑to‑date, compelling product listings on Shopify and multiple marketplaces.
• Write and refine email copy and product descriptions.
• Utilise AI tools to accelerate content creation and identify high‑performing messaging.
• Analyse data in Excel to track performance, manage product information, and optimise listings.
• Support SEO strategies and digital marketing campaigns to boost visibility and traffic.
• Oversee a wide range of product lines and brands, ensuring consistency across all listings.
• Review performance metrics to highlight top‑selling items and reorganise listings accordingly.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience managing e‑commerce product listings on Shopify or similar platforms.
• Strong Excel proficiency for data analysis and organization.
• Excellent written communication for crafting product descriptions and email content.
• Solid understanding of SEO and digital marketing tactics.
• Reliable internet connection (≥25 Mbps) and a personal computer with at least an i5 processor.
