E-Commerce Listings & Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

TalentPop is seeking an E‑Commerce Listings & Digital Marketing Specialist to keep product listings fresh and engaging across Shopify and other marketplaces, while supporting broader digital marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain up‑to‑date, compelling product listings on Shopify and additional marketplaces.
• Create and refine email copy and product descriptions.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate content creation and identify effective messaging.
• Use Excel to analyse data, track performance metrics, and manage product information.
• Assist with SEO strategy implementation and support digital marketing campaigns to boost visibility and traffic.
• Oversee a wide range of product lines and brands, ensuring consistency across all listings.
• Review performance data to pinpoint top‑selling items and reorganise listings accordingly.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in e‑commerce, specifically managing listings on Shopify and other marketplaces.
• Strong Excel proficiency for data analysis and organization.
• Excellent writing ability for product descriptions and email content.
• Solid understanding of SEO and digital marketing tactics.
• Reliable internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps) and a personal PC/laptop with at least an i5 processor.
