Electrical Division Head

About the role

People First Consult is recruiting an experienced Electrical Division Head for a diversified industrial company in Ethiopia. The role provides strategic and operational leadership to drive growth, efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability within the Electrical Division.

Key responsibilities

• Lead division operations, business development, and overall performance.
• Develop and implement strategies to meet revenue, profitability, and growth targets.
• Oversee sales, technical operations, project execution, and customer service.
• Identify new market opportunities and strengthen relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners.
• Manage budgets, resources, and operational risks while ensuring quality and compliance.
• Lead, develop, and monitor the division’s team against agreed targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master’s degree or relevant professional certification is an advantage.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial or senior leadership role.
• Experience in electrical products, engineering, technical services, or project management.
• Strong commercial awareness, leadership, financial management, and strategic planning skills.
