Email Marketing Assistant

TalentPop is seeking a resourceful Email Marketing Assistant to support the planning, execution, and analysis of email campaigns. This position blends email coordination, community engagement, and administrative support, ideal for an organized, marketing‑aware individual who enjoys working behind the scenes.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with the setup and scheduling of email campaigns using platforms such as Klaviyo or Mailchimp.
• Organize campaign assets, contact lists, and segment updates.
• Track performance data and compile clear reports for internal teams.
• Maintain SOPs, campaign checklists, and shared resources.
• Support return trends tracking by analyzing portal data and organizing findings.
• Respond to community engagement via DMs, ad comments, and customer threads.
• Collaborate with account managers on marketing updates and ad‑hoc admin tasks.
• Research competitive campaigns and trends when needed.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in email marketing, digital coordination, or administrative support.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to manage shifting priorities calmly and clearly.
• Excellent written communication and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Klaviyo or Mailchimp (email marketing platforms).
• Excel or Google Sheets for data handling.
• Asana or ClickUp (project management tools).
