Enterprise Integration Specialist

About the role

Safaricom Ethiopia is seeking an Enterprise Integration Specialist to strengthen its Digital Distribution Management Information Systems. Reporting to the Digital Distribution Manager‑MIS, the role will support data‑driven decision‑making across the company’s fast‑growing digital services.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain integration solutions that connect enterprise systems with the Digital Distribution MIS platform.
• Collaborate with business analysts and data teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimise data flows to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and reliability of reporting.
• Support the implementation of new data sources and reporting dashboards within the MIS environment.
• Document integration processes, standards, and best practices.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in enterprise integration, data management, or MIS within a technology or telecom environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on delivering data‑driven insights.
• Ability to work collaboratively across cross‑functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.

Required skills

• Experience with integration platforms or middleware (e.g., APIs, ETL tools).
• Understanding of Management Information Systems and data reporting concepts.
