Entry-Level Remote Quality Control Operator (English & Amharic)

About the role

Cybertexex is looking for an entry‑level Quality Control Operator to work remotely from Ethiopia. The role focuses on reviewing graphic and numerical data generated by automated KYC and fraud‑detection systems, ensuring the information meets high standards of accuracy and consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and verify data processed by automated screening tools.
• Check for errors, inconsistencies, and quality issues in both visual and numeric outputs.
• Correct identified mistakes and provide feedback to improve system performance.
• Maintain detailed records of verification results and error trends.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken English and Amharic.
• Strong logical thinking and meticulous attention to detail.
• Comfortable working on a computer for repetitive tasks without loss of quality.
• Quiet home workspace equipped with a computer or laptop, headset, and stable high‑speed internet (minimum 50 Mbps).
