ERP Finance Functional Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a motivated ERP Functional Consultant specialized in Finance to join our implementation team. You will work with leading ERP platforms such as Odoo and ERPNext, helping clients streamline financial processes through system configuration, user training, and post‑go‑live support.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse finance and accounting requirements from stakeholders.
• Configure and implement Finance modules in Odoo and ERPNext, mapping business processes to best practices.
• Design chart of accounts, financial dimensions, tax setups, and reporting structures.
• Support General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Bank Reconciliation.
• Conduct user acceptance testing, system validation, and deliver end‑user training.
• Provide post‑go‑live functional support and troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with technical consultants on customisations when needed.
• Participate in full‑cycle ERP implementation projects from requirement gathering to stabilization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 2 + years of experience in ERP implementation.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for technology and willingness to learn Odoo and ERPNext.
