ERP Specialist Lead

About the role

The ERP Specialist Lead at Daye Bensa Coffee will be responsible for supporting, maintaining and optimising the company’s ERP system. The role ensures that ERP modules across finance, procurement, HR and logistics are fully functional, while also contributing to broader IT operations, security and digital transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the ERP environment to guarantee availability and reliability.
• Configure ERP modules (finance, procurement, HR, logistics) according to business requirements.
• Provide end‑user support, troubleshoot issues and manage user accounts, roles and permissions.
• Conduct system audits, document workflows, configurations and user manuals.
• Train staff on ERP usage, reporting and best practices.
• Coordinate with ERP vendors and consultants for upgrades, patches and technical support.
• Monitor performance, recommend enhancements and ensure integration with other IT systems (HRIS, finance, databases).
• Support ERP‑related reporting, dashboard development and data‑driven decision making.
• Assist in ERP implementation projects, migrations and new module roll‑outs.
• Maintain compliance with cybersecurity and data‑protection standards, including backup and disaster‑recovery procedures.
• Provide general IT support for hardware, software and network components linked to the ERP.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in ERP administration, IT support or systems management.
• Hands‑on experience configuring ERP modules and supporting end users.
• Exposure to ERP implementation projects, upgrades or module roll‑outs.
• Relevant ERP certification or specialised training (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo) is highly desirable.
