ERPNext / Frappe Developer

About the role

Elisoft Solution PLC is looking for a skilled ERPNext/Frappe Developer to join its technical team. You will be responsible for developing, customizing, and implementing ERPNext‑based solutions for a variety of clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and customize ERPNext/Frappe applications according to business and technical requirements.
• Configure DocTypes, forms, workflows, permissions, reports, print formats, dashboards and business logic.
• Create custom Frappe applications and modules.
• Customize core ERPNext modules such as Procurement, Inventory, Assets, HR, and Finance.
• Write server‑side and client‑side scripts using Python and JavaScript.
• Build and maintain REST API and third‑party system integrations.
• Handle data import, migration and ERPNext data‑import processes.
• Debug, optimise, and maintain ERPNext/Frappe applications.
• Participate in testing, UAT support, bug fixing, deployment and post‑implementation support.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Business Analysts, QA teams and clients to translate requirements into functional solutions.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on experience with ERPNext and the Frappe Framework.
• Strong knowledge of Python and JavaScript.
• Experience with Frappe DocTypes, hooks, scripts, workflows, permissions, reports and custom apps.
• Good understanding of ERPNext architecture and customization.
• Experience with MariaDB/MySQL and database concepts.
• Experience working with REST APIs and system integrations.
• Familiarity with Git and software development best practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex ERPNext/Frappe issues and meet project deadlines.
