Executive Partner

About the role

TalentPop is looking for an Executive Partner to serve as the strategic right‑hand to its founders and senior leaders. This full‑time, remote position supports high‑growth e‑commerce operations by ensuring executives can focus on strategic priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel.
• Act as the primary gatekeeper for email, triaging messages and prioritising communications.
• Lead special projects from initiation to completion with a solutions‑oriented approach.
• Serve as a confidential liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months experience as an administrative or executive assistant supporting senior leaders.
• Clear, confident, and discreet communication style, both written and verbal.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure, and ambiguous environment.
• Full‑time availability (40 hrs/week) during U.S. business hours.
• Reliable remote work setup with at least 25 Mbps internet and a personal PC/laptop (i5 or equivalent).
