Executive Sales Representative (Digital Marketing)

About the role

KABA LABS Digital Marketing is a digital growth agency supporting Ethiopian brands with content, digital advertising and technology-driven solutions. It is hiring an Executive Sales Representative for a part-time, remote role focused on client acquisition and revenue growth. The person works with the marketing team to understand clients' digital marketing needs, recommend service packages and negotiate contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify leads, and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Conduct online and in-person sales calls, presentations and product demos.
• Recommend service packages and negotiate contracts aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams on onboarding, expectation setting and ongoing relationship management.
• Report regularly on sales performance, market feedback and opportunities for new services or upselling.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in sales, business development or account management, preferably in digital marketing, advertising or technology services.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Comfortable working with Ethiopian businesses and understanding local market dynamics; Amharic and English is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with good organization and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Lead generation, prospecting and pipeline management, using CRM or other sales tracking tools.
• Consultative selling, needs assessment and solution-based pitching.
• Knowledge of digital marketing concepts such as social media management, paid advertising, content strategy and website services is highly beneficial.
