Global Graduate - Finance

About the role

Join Heineken’s three‑year Global Graduate Program in Finance and fast‑track your career toward a management position. You will rotate through three six‑month assignments, beginning in the Heineken operating company in Ethiopia, followed by a cross‑functional role in Ethiopia, and culminating with an international placement.

Key responsibilities

• Support core finance activities such as budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Provide data‑driven insights to aid strategic business decisions.
• Assist in risk management and performance monitoring across business units.
• Collaborate on cross‑functional projects to broaden business understanding.
• Prepare for a final landing role as a finance manager within the Ethiopian operating company.
