GoHighLevel Automation Specialist (Remote Contractor)

About the role

We are seeking a GoHighLevel Automation Specialist to lead the technical onboarding and implementation for new agency clients. This remote, independent‑contractor position involves building end‑to‑end automation systems that drive lead generation and operational efficiency for digital marketing agencies.

Key responsibilities

• Build and configure complete GoHighLevel accounts from scratch, including pipelines, stages, custom fields, tags, and workflows.
• Create SMS and email nurture sequences, speed‑to‑lead, and missed‑call text‑back automations.
• Set up funnels, forms, calendars, integrations, and lead routing systems.
• Design mobile‑responsive, conversion‑focused landing pages within GoHighLevel.
• Connect third‑party tools such as Zapier and Make, and assist with Meta ad account, Meta Pixel, and Conversions API implementation.
• QA all systems before launch and ensure accurate lead tracking.
• Lead kickoff and implementation calls, gather requirements, set expectations, and walk clients through builds.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple builds simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills for client interaction.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, remote environment.
