About the role
Pangolin Marketing is seeking its first Growth Marketing Lead to build and coach a team of early‑career Growth Strategists. You will work with B2B SaaS, climate‑tech, and impact clients, blending performance‑driven tactics with creative storytelling.
Key responsibilities
- Coach and lead a team of 0‑3‑year‑experience strategists through weekly 1‑on‑1s, campaign reviews, and monthly training workshops.
- Develop and maintain learning resources such as templates, SOPs, and video walkthroughs.
- Set quarterly OKRs, track campaign metrics, and conduct performance reviews.
- Own the hiring process, from interview to onboarding, and make fast hiring decisions.
- Provide strategic oversight for client work, handle escalations, and diagnose funnel problems.
- Execute hands‑on work for a small client or step in to fix broken funnels when needed.
Required profile
- Comfortable coaching junior marketers and building systems while delivering client work.
- Self‑starter who thrives in a fully remote, fast‑decision environment.
- Patient and detail‑oriented, able to switch between strategy, execution, and performance management.
- Values experimentation, data‑driven decision‑making, and creative storytelling.
