Head of Whole School Creative Arts

About the role

The school is seeking an experienced and inspirational Head of Whole School Creative Arts to lead its arts provision across all year groups. You will inspire students, develop a vibrant curriculum and contribute to the international learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Inspire and motivate students and colleagues in creative arts.
• Develop and deliver a high‑quality, engaging creative arts curriculum for early years through secondary.
• Shape and oversee the whole‑school arts provision, ensuring alignment with the UK National Curriculum, Cambridge IGCSE and IB programmes.

Required profile

• Recognised teaching qualification and valid licence (PGCE, QTS or equivalent).
• Degree and teaching qualification in Creative Arts, Art, Music, Drama or related discipline.
• Proven experience in an international or British curriculum environment.
• Leadership experience in creative arts provision (highly desirable).
• Strong commitment to safeguarding and child welfare.
