HR & Admin Intern

About the role

Jotun Ethiopia Paint Manufacturing PLC is looking for an HR & Admin Intern to carry out assigned and routine tasks during a defined internship period, supporting departmental objectives and gaining practical experience. The role is based in Adama and reports to the HR Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out assigned and agreed tasks and activities to achieve the internship's purpose.
• Communicate and interact with the manager and/or internal sponsor.
• Communicate and cooperate in a way that contributes to a positive and collaborative work environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• No prior work experience required.
• Ability to act on own initiative, accept responsibility for results and use the organisation's informal rules and structures effectively.
• Clear, precise and structured communication, with effective presentation skills.
• Good cooperation with others, sharing knowledge and supporting team goals.
• Adherence to company rules and procedures, with commitment to high-quality results.
